This letter refers to your August 4, 1982 (QA 1916) letter confirming your understanding of the CG&E surveillance and reinspection program being implemented for the Wm. H. Zimmer nuclear station as described in your letters dated March 24 (QA 1621) and April 29, 1982 (QA 1729) and IE Inspection Report 50-358/82-07.
As stated in our August 3, 1982 letter and your August 4, 1982 (QA 1916) letter, the initial program would be adjusted in the hanger and electrical i
areas based on the previous inspection results (June 1982) and would continue, as described, in the future.
It was also our understanding that the "100's reinspection of the installed safety-related pipe suspen-sion system components" referred to contractor inspections resulting from previous inspection findings by the NRC.and commitments made by CG&E would continue.
