Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Do eke t No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 113 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59 and 10 CFR 50.90, CPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of tha Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License DPR-16, request changes to Appendix A, Section 6 of the Technical Specification to the license This change revises the organization at the Oyster Creek Plant by allocating personnel between the Maintenance and Construction division and a newly established Plant Material department.
The Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed by the Plant Operation Review Committee and an Independent Safety Review Group in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specification.
