R F Warnick letter to J W Cook, dated September 22, 1982, Inspection Report No 50-329/82-18 and 50-330/82-18 The referenced letter requested Consumers Power's response to four items of noncompliance by October 22.
Per a conversation between W R Bird and NRC Resident Inspector, R J Cook, an extension could be granted due to the inability to completely finalize the details necessary for our complete response, but such a request needed to be documented in writing.
We request that an extension be granted for our response to the report until November 8, 1982.
