This is in response to your letter dated December 6, 1982, regarding an extension of time until March 1, 1983 to submit the required response to the NRC's Demand for Information. This letter also confirms the telephone conversation between you and R. F. Warnick of my staff on December 30, 1982, in which the requested extension was granted.

As stated in your letter, because of the volume of the material involved and because of the complexity of the review / investigation of each item, an extension of time appears justified to complete the response and provide the information required by the NkC for each of the allegations. The requested extension has, therefore, been granted.
