SUBJECT:
LOCATION OF THE MARBLE HILL EMERGENCY OPERATIONS FACILITY By letter dated December 21, 1982, Public Service Indiana (PSI), has indicated that they plan to locate the Marble Hill Emergency Operations Facility approx-i imately one mile from the reactor containment building without a backup. PSI states that this location complies with staff guidance contained in a memo dated October-16, 1981 to Operating Reactors and Licensing Branch Chiefs from S. L. Ramos, Emergency Preparedness Development Branch Chief.
Please evaluate PSI's proposal and provide your coments by 1/28/83.
