In response to Section 2.4.3.2 of the Hydrologic Engineering draft SER which was transmitted by T. M. Novak's letter of October 22, 1982, Duke Power Company will make necessary modifications to the site drainage plan to assure that the local PMP water level does not exceed elevation 594.0 feet MSL.
