i APPENDIX B Brown Boveri Electric, Incorporated Switchgear Systems Division Docket No. 99900740/82-01 NOTICE OF NONCONFORMANCE Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on October'4, 5, and 8, 1982, it appears that the following activity had not been conducted in. accord-
_ance.with NRC requirements.
The Brown Boveri Electric, Incorporated, Switchgear Systems Division's correc-tive. action response letter dated February 5,1982, states, in part:
"The record of evaluation that was not complete [ initiated] at the time of the NRC inspection has been completed.
Personnel have been instructed to. fully comply with existing procedures to preclude a reoccurrence (sic) of this event."
I Contrary to the above, the record of evaluation had not bhen completed and personnel had not been instructed to initiate records of evaluation as
. evidenced by the lack of documents to support the foregoing statements.
