The NRC was notified of the subject Deficiency Evaluation in the referenced telephone conversation, with a determination of reportability to be made within thirty (30) days (December 23, 1982).
The deficiency has subsequently been determined to be Not Reportable under-the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), therefore no written report is required. Necessary documentation of the evaluation will be maintained in APS files.
