4-December 1982 The Station operated during the month of December-1982 with a monthly availability factor of 0.0% and a. net design-electrical capaci_ty factor of 0.0%.
The Station was shut down-March 19, 1982, for a scheduled ~

- maintenance outage. The Station remains shut down due to' Reactor-

Recirculation system piping cracks found during Vessel Hydro on March 23,-
1982.

' WR #16604-- Replaced stem-packing and ball and spring in valve #106 on CRD hydraulic unit #06-39 WR #16605 - Replaced stem-packing and ball and spring in valve.#106 on CRD hydraulic unit #02-35 WR #18147 - Replaced stem-packing and ball and spring in valve #106 on CRD hydraulic unit #46-39 WR #19116 - EC Valves 39-13 replaced gaskets - EC Valve 39-14 placed new cage and valve stem WR #19118 - Inspected and cleaned valve internals in EC Valves 39-11 and 39-12 replaced.both flex gaskets WR #17262 - Replaced "O" rings - teflon rings - seat rings on the below listed valves CRD-II-127 valves on flydraulic units 38-47-50-31 and 42-35 WR.#19119 - Disassembled valves 201.2-27 and 201.2-28 cleaned internals placed silicone grease and assembled.
