Dear Mr. Parris:
This is in response to Mr. Kansner's letter of October 19, 1982, regarding changgs to Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan.
We agree that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. The changes are, therefore, acceptable.
The enclosures to the October 19, 1982 letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
