In response to your letter dated December 15, 1982, I an enclosing a copy of "NRC Staff First Set of Interrogatories and Request for Documents From WBCA Concerning the Commission's Questions 2 and 5."
This document was served on you on July 16, 1982.
After a review of your responses to Licensees' interrogatories to ascertain whether those. responses provide the information requested in the Staff's interrogatories, we have determined that an answer to Staff Interrogatory 1 is still required. We would annreciate a response to this interrogatory before commencement of the hearings on January 18, 1983.
