This EIS was received by the Office of Federal Activities on December 21, 1982.
It has been determined the above document meets the requirements for filing an EIS as set forth under Section 1506.9 of the CEQ Regulations.
Accordingly, EPA has scheduled publication of the Notice of Availability in the Federal Register dated December 30, 1982 and the public review period is scheduled to terminate on January -31,1983.
