During our review of changes to the Fort Calhoun Station Emergency' Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP), which were submitted to this office with your letter, dated July.22,1982, we noted an error in the listing of our Region IV telephone nisaber.

In EPIP-OSC-2, page 6, the USNRC Region IV telephone number should be (817) 860-8100. Please make this correction and also examine all appro-priate sections of the EPIP for similar errors as we have recently changed our telephone number prefix from 465 to 860.
