Dear Mr. Miller:
This is in response to your December 9, 1982 letter regarding Carolina Power & Light Company's (CP&L) July 21, 1982 application for revisions to the Brunswick Unit No. 2 Technical Specifications (TS). These TS revisions were to remove a uniform 8.5 percent reduction in MAPLHGR (Maximum Average Planar Linear Heat Generation Rate) values for Cycle 5 operation.
In response to your letter, CP&L is herewith remitting a check in the amount of $4,000.00 in payment of the cpplication fee for our July 21, 1982 submittal.
