Questions concerning the TMI-1 Restart Certification status Draft Memo of 12/8/82:
a)
Order Item 8, Item 2.2.2.8 - what criteria will be used to review the adequacy of the Onsite Technical Support Center?
b)
Item D.IV.1.B - On staff review of EP brochures and pamphlets, the column labeled Inspection / Review Status states "NRC advise Commission." Does this mean " staff advise Commission" or something else?
c)
Item III.A.2.
Is this item accurate? Will final NRC emergency response plans really be modified and distributed in final form by 1/83?
Isn't some Commission action necessary before this can be accomplished?
2.
Will GPU be using non-GPU personnel to assist during TMI-l startup?
E.g., B&W personnel, consulting firms, etc.?
