Ouestion 1.a - Order Ite'18, Iten 2.2.2B - what criteria will be used to review the adoquacy of the Onsite Technical Support Center?
Answer:
Tho adequacy of the Onsite Technical Support Center (TSC) has been reviewed by the staff and found acceptable for restart as described in NUREG-0630 and HUREG-0680, Supplenent 3.
The renaining staff action for this iton is to verify nodifications and the availability of selected records and drawinqs in the TSC. A supplement to f'UREC 0737 will be used as the basis for a cost-innlenentation review of the fir.a1 f acilities; schedule to be negotiate:1 af ter issuance of 10 CFR 50.54(f) letters.

Answer - The staf f plans to address Appeal Board imposed requirenent III.A.2 in January 1983.
No Connission action is deemed necessary to conplete this iten, hasod on a reviov by Region I, IE and ELD personnel, as no changes in Connission apnroved plan concepts are contonplated.
r]uestion 2 - Will GPU be using non-GPU oerennei to assist during THI-1 startun?
E.g., BN personnel, consultinq firns, etc.?
Answer - In a phone call with GPU licensing personnel, the following infornation was provided:
- There is an onsite P'.M enqineer who is a nenber of GPU's Test vorkino Group who will he involved in startup testinq activities.
