Dear Mr. Chilk:
I have been advised by the parties and by the NRC regional office in Walnut Creek that if I desire to be placed on the service list for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, this is the way to do it/
I trust they are right. At present, I believe, there are two San Luis Obispo newspapers on that list. We have been very active in reporting the Diablo story and intend to continue in that role.
Our job would be made considerably easier, and more informative, if we had access to many of the documents that go only to those on the service list.
If you would be good enough to make such a finding (that we are qualified for such consideration) it would be greatly appreciated.
