Also, it is our position that low floe alarms.in control room should be provided for ECCS pumps (SI pumps, charging pumps and RHR pumps) discharge flows for pump protection. These low flow alarms should be powered from essential power supplies.

RHR pumps. Additionally, a revised design for the charging pumps' mini-flow system is presently being implemented to assure minimum required pump flow under all conditions. Included, also, in this design are low flow alarms. Low flow alarms will also be provided for the safety injection pumps should inadequate flow result following closure of the pump recirculation valves to the RWST.
