1. '4 ANNUAL PfiYSICAL AND MEtEAL REGUALIFICATION Consolidated D3 icon Company of New York confirms that all IP 1 & 2 security force personnel will be tested at least once every twelve months to ensure they met the vision, nearing, disease, and other physical recuirements of paragraph 1.B and 1.C.10CFR73, Ap?ondix B.

'Ibe ability of security force personnel to perform critical tasks while

wearing corrective lenses, hearing aids, or while afflicted with mild color vision defects, (if applicaole), will be tested to performance objectives as part of qualification requirements to ensure such aids or defects do not significantly degrade performance of critical tasks. Any security force personnel wnose uncorrected distance vision is 20/40 or less in the better eye will ce required to carry an extra pair of eyeglasses while on duty.

Any security force personnel wno oecomes physically incapacitated subsequent to the last required pnysical examination, so that they could no longer per-form assigned duties, will pass the physical examination required by para-graph 1.3 ( Appendix B.1,1.b). prior to reassignment.

1.5 GENEPAL MEfEAL QUALIFICATIONS

. Consolidated Edison Company of New York confirms that Security Shift Super-visors, as part of their normal duties, will observe security force personnel to assure that they demonstrate the mental and communication skill required to successfully perform their duty assignments.

1.6 PIOFESSIONAL M,EDICAL EXN4INATION Consolidated Edison Company of New York confirms that all IP 1 & 2 security force personnel will pass an examination by a health pr.ofessional who is I

trained and qualified to identify emotional instability. Consolidated Fdison has caused the contractor to engage a psychological testing laboratory which o

will provide a trained and qualified health professional who will attest that the examination revealed no emotional conditions which would interfere with performance of assigned security duties.

1.7 COfEINUED OBSERVATION Consolidated Edison Company of New York confirms that Security Shift Super-visors Officers, as part of their normal duties, will observe security force personnel for any indication of emotional instability that may interfere with job performance. A licensed health professional, trained to detect emotional instacility, will be availaole to consult with the IP 1 & 2 s

Security Administrator to resolve any question of an individual's stability.

Any such individual, wnose stanility is under question, will not be permitted to perform security duties until the professional examiner attests that no condition has oeen detected wnich would interfere with performance of critical security tasks.

Element: 12-A Performance Objective: Given. an exercise on the range, the examinee will demonstrate the following principles of good marksmanship, as rated by a qualified instructor:

Given an exercise on the rangc, the examinee will execute the following firing exercises, simulating types of firing which could be executed in response to an attack on the station. Successful performance will be acnievement of cumulative range firing scores of 70%

of maximum obtainaole scores, using the NRA National Iblice Course, which is the FBI P.P.C. with minor variations:
