Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-74 was to have been submitted by November 12, 1982. This 30 day reportable occurrence (pursuant to T.S.6.9.1.13) concerns T.S.3.6.1.3, "Each containment air lock shall be operable...", which was violated on October 14, 1982. However, the investigation of this incident and preparation of a report are incomplete at this time. The report will now be submitted by November 30, 1982.
