Leddick to Mr. D. M. Sternberg, Project Nos. 3 and 5, NRC Items of Noncompliance (50-508, 509-81-14/01)
The referenced letter reported that a Supply System response,to NRC con-cerns regarding the corrective / preventive actions taken for the subject violation (Testing of Mechanical Containment Penetrations #23, 24 & 44),
would be submitted to your office by August 27, 1982. A response to the item has been forwarded by Ebasco to the Supply System for review.
The review, however, disclosed that additional information and clarification is required prior to submittal to the NRC. Consequently, the response will be provided to your office by October 8, 1982.
