This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. R. F. Rogers of
this office on June 22 - July 26, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
License Nos. DPR-57 and NPF-5 for the Hatch facility.
Due to an administrative oversight the first page of Appendix A, Notice of
Violation, dated August 23, 1982 contained typographical errors. A corrected
- page is enclosed for insertion into the original report transmitted on August 23,
1982. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
