Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are seven (7) uncor. trolled copies of those Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Emergency Procedures which have recently been revised. Also enclosed are seven (7) copies of page revisions to the New York State Radiological Emergency Preparedness Plan dated July, 1982, and seven (7) copies of the revised Oswego County Plan and Procedures, Parts 1 and 2, dated June 1982.
These updated procedures are submitted in accordance with Section V to Appendix E of 10 CFR Part.50.
Three (3) controlled copies of these procedures have been provided to the Inspection and Enforcement Branch, Region I.
