Pursuant to 10 CFR 50, A pendix E,Section IV, Paragraph IV, thirteen (13) copies of chant.s to the Fort Calhoun Station Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) are being provided to the Commission.
Three (3) copies (for control copy numbers 154, 155, and 156) are pro-vided for your office. Ten (10) copies (for control copy numbers 157 through 166) have been provided to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regu-lation. Please note that copies numbers 157 and 166 were sent addressee only to Mr. Rohrer and Mr. Tourigny, respectively. A transmittal sheet is provided for each copy to confirm receipt of the serialized document.
It is requested that these sheets be completed and returned within five (5) days of receipt.
