Dear Mr. Mattimoe:
Since the date of our approval of Revision 4 to the " Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1, Security Training and Qualification Plan" we have received comments from Region V on this revision. We have reviewed the comments and agree that the enclosed coments should be addressed by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. Therefore it is requested that a response, in the form of a revision to the plan, addressing these coments be submitted to the NRC within 30 days from receipt of this letter.

provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
