ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES - YANKEE The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 74 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee). This amendment is in response to your application dated August 24, 1982.
The amendment revises the Administrative Controls Section of the Technical Specifications to modify the organizational structure and to reflect changes in titles.
During our review of your application, we found it necessary to modify the proposed Technical Specifications. We have discussed these modifications with your representative and have mutually agreed upon them.
