DISTRIBUTION OF LETTERS REGARDING SEP PHASE III Enclosed are two letters which need to be distributed. The letters are dated September 9, 1982, from D. Eisenhut to Mr. D. Edwards, AIF and Mr.
Kacich, SEP Owners Group.
It is my understanding that when the letters were issued the concurrence copies were sent to Central Files and that no other internal distribution was made. They are not currently on the DCS.
