Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. T. Redano of our staff
during the periods of August 9-13 and August 30-September 3, 1982, of
activities authorized by NRC Operating License DPR-34, and to the discussion
of our findings with members of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Durin this ins ection, it was found that certain of your activities were in
viola ion of NR requirements.
