The purpose of this Modification is to extend the period of performance, revise the billing information, and incorporate an updated version of Manual Chapter 3202.
Therefore, the following mvisions are hereby made:
1.
Refer to Article 111 - Period of Performance, and delete the date " September 30, 1982" and substitute the date " January 31, lW3 Tn lieu thereof.

All refeientes to the " Office of the Controller" in this contractual document or in any Billing Instructions thereto are hereby changed to the " Office of Resource Management."

- 4. -The attached Manual Chapter 3202 " Publication of Unclassified Regulatory and' Technical Documents Prepared by NRC Contractors, including Reports Prepared Under or Pursuant to Interagency Agreements," dated April 29, 1982, supercedes Manual Chapter 3202 dated January 25, 1978, which was previously incorporated hereunder.
The above chaeges shall have no impact on the total contract amount which remains unchanged at $52,861.00.
