Amendment to Operating License
Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to 10CFR50.90, the South Caro'.na Electric and Gas Company requests an amendment to Operacing License NPF-12 for the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station. The proposed changes are attached to this letter.
The changes are both technical and administrative in nature.
The proposed changes to the License and Technical Specifications have been reviewed and approved by the Plant Safety Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Committee.
It has been determined that this' request does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
The request has been evaluated in accordance with the criteria in 10CFR170.22.
It has been determined that a Class III license amendment fee is required.
Accordingly, checks in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00) are enclosed in payment of the required fees.
