We have received a copy of your application dated July 21, 1982, which tes filed with the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for i
review. This application requested extension of construction completion dates for CPPR-148 and CPPR-149 for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Numbers 1 and 2.
A Class II fee ($1,200) was remitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that the Class II fee of $1,200 is appropriate for one of the units, but a duplicate fee of $400 is due for the other unit. Consequently, you are requested to remit the additional sum of $400 to this office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that these fees are not correct, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
