REPORT OF WILLIAM R. HENDEE, PH.D. TO NEW MEXICO Enclosed is a copy of the report by William R. Hendee, Ph.D. of his review of selected materials relating to the misadministration of I-I25 seeds at St. Joseph Hospital, Albuquerque.
Dr. Hendee performed the review as a consultant to the State of New Mexico.
FCML may wish to note Dr. Hendee's coments on page 4, last 2 para-graphs, especially in light of FCML's plan to ask the Advisory Comittee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes for coment cn training and experience needed for therapists using sealed sources for theraphy.
We appreciate your assistance in reviewing the hospital's report on the misadministration.
