This is in partial response to your. letter dated July 21, 1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to the NRC's complete file relating to the St. Joseph's Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the Iodine 125 seed incident that occurred there.
i In partial response to your request, and in confirmation of the telephone conversation of Mr. Frank W. Karas of iny staff on August 18, 1982 with your office,5:e are providing you with copies of the documents listed on Appendix A hereto.
The charge for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room is five cents ($0.05) per page as specified in 10 CFR 9.14b.
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the 238 pages provided to you with this letter is $11.90.
You will be billed for this amount by our Division of Accounting.
Our search for documents which may be subject to your request is concinuing, and we will communicate with you again when our scarch efforts are completed.
