APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Pennsylvania Power and Light Company Docket / License: 50-387/MPF-14 Susquehanna Unit 1 Duri inspection on July 28 - September 7,1982. the following Violation was iden fied under the NRC Enforcement Policy 10CFR2 Appendix C (47FR9967 March 9,1982).
10CFR50 Appendix B Criterion V and Paragraph 6.8.1 of the Technical Specifi-cations require that procedures be established and implemented for equipment control. Ahinistrative Procedure AD-QA-300, Revision 1, requires system check-off lists for safety-related components to include a second verifica-tion of component positions.
Contrary to the above, at 9:30 a.m. on August 24, 1982, check-off lists for the Diesel Generators and Standby-Gas Treatment System did not include a second verification of system component positions.
This is a Severity Level V Violation (Supplanent I).
