McGuire Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370
Dear Mr. Denton:
The proposed Technical Specifications for McGuire Units I and 2 are enclosed (five copies) for NRC review. Note that these specifications are for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 as was previously discussed with the NRC Staff. This submittal con-sists of Westinghouse Standard Technical Specifications, revision 4 which have been modified for McGuire. In order to implement these on Unit 1, a license amendment to include these Technical Specifications will need to be issued con-current with the Unit 2 license.
In order to expedite NRC review, the proposed Technical Specifications are being submitted without certain lists of specific Unit 2 components being included.
These lists will be provided as they are compiled. It is expected that additional changes will be proposed during the course of the forthcoming review. We will -
work with the NRC Staff during this review to resolve any concerns which are identified. Please contact R. E. liarris if you have any questions.
