SECY-82-364, ALAB-680, Denial of Stay Motion on San Onofre 7
Initial Decision.
In this paper the Commission is being 8
asked to approve an Order that would decine review of 9
ALAB-680 and would direct certification of the offsite to medical arrangements issue directly to ':he ~ Commission.
The Chairman, Commissioners Gilinsky, Ahearne 11 and Asselstine have voted to approve the proposed order with the modifications proposed by Commissioner Ahearne.
