SlRVEIllANCE REQUIRENENTS
.4 4.6 00NTADNENT SYSTENS 4.6.1 Primary Containment Contairunent Integrity 4.6.1.1 Primary 00NTAINMENT INTEGITY shall be denonstrated:
a.
At least once per 31 days by verifying that:

All accessible (per occupational exposure considerations) penetrations not required to open per approved procedures during RE00VERY MDDE are closed by valves, blind flanges, or deactivated automatic valves secured in their positions.
