This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. B. R. Crowley
of this office on July 21-23, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
License No. DPR-57 and License No. NPF-5 for the Hatch facility and to the
discussion of our findings held with Mr. T. V. Green, Assistant Plant Manager,
of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previously identified
enforcement matters. These are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the r.nclosure wfll
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify t' is office, ty
telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit ,<ritten appli-
