been retained to be co-counsel with Jesse L.Since RileyCES.G's for the Carolina Environmental Study Group (CESG).

budget is limite.1, and I continue to work predominently for the Labor Law Center, all parties shculd continue to serve Mr. Riley with all documents, but should serve me additionally.

I believe I have a set of all documents accumulated to date, I which bear on the forthcoming hearings Ordered by the Board

' on h'ovember 25, 1980. I am, hcwever, sending a' request to Ed Ketchen for some NUREG's and papers which Mr. Riley does not have duplicate copies of. As in my orior work with CESG, our intention is to have my Irgal knowledge supplement Mr. Riley's technical and legal knowledge. We hope that this combination will enable us to move up from the typical intervenors nosition in which the ability to contribute to che safety of the public is limited by lack of funds,
