PLWT C!T.*tATIC';S The following is'a chronological description of plant operations for the =onth of.';ovember, 1978.

11/1/78 Slurried and replaced resins in the vaste liquid polishing ion exchanger.

11/2/78 Eackwashed all four cendenser waterboxes.

11/3/78 Eackwashed "D" condenser waterbox.

Steam Generator blowdown tank rupture disc ruptured.

11/4/78 Tested the 14B-3T-2 breaker.

11/5/78 Backwashed all four condenser waterboxes.

11/6/78 Ectested #3 secas line trip valve after the r

addition of furmanite to the packing gland, 11/7/78 1B henter drain pump use taken out of service at 0215 hrs. due to leaking pump casing.,

11/14/78 "C" cervice vcter pump ves taken out of service at 1330 hrs. to repicce near rings and refurbish the pump impeller.

11/15/78 1A RHR pump was taken out of service from 1300 hrs. on 11/15/78 - 1840 hrs. on 11/16/78 to replace a drain plug on the pump casing.

11/16/78 Degassed the reactor coolant system from 1130 -

1 2200 hrs.

11/17/78 1B RHR pu=p uns out of service (1122-1420 hrs.)

"A" containment mat sump pump out of service.

11/21/78 Shifted A & B PA3 purge fans at 1650 hrs. due to a hot inboard bearing on "A" purge fan.

The inboard bearing'was replaced on 11/29/78.

11/25/78 Cleaned the tube sheets on all main condenser l

waterboxes.

Cut in the warming line to the circulating water f

forebays at 1400 hrs.

Loop #4 spray line temperature indicator light source failed.

11/26/78 Construction crew cut the power cable to the meteorological (met) ' tower at 1135 hrs. and restored power at 1411 hrs.
