MOTION BY INTERVENOR, CITIZENS AGAINST NUCLEAR TRASH, FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE A MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY AND TO RESPOND TO APPLICANT'S MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER Intervenor, Citizen's Against Nuclear Trash
(" CANT"), hereby moves for an extension of time -- until October 5, 1994 -- to file a motion to compel discovery from Applicant, Louisiana Energy
- Services, L.P.
("LES") in connection with the discovery responses filed by LES on Septend-. 2 0, 1994, and for an extension of time to file a response to the motion for a protective order also filed by LES on September 20, 1994.
LES has no objection to this extensic'i.
The parties are continuing to discuss this discovery matter, so that ultimately it may not be necessary for CANT to file a motion to compel or a response to the motion for protective order.
