NRC ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE, REPORTS N0. 50-254/94024(DRSS); 50-
265/94024(DRSS)
Dear Mr. Wallace:
This refers to an Enforcement Conference conducted by Mr. J. B. Martin
and other members of the NRC Region III staff on September 23, 1994,
concerning activities at the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2,
authorized by NRC Licenses No. DPR-29 and DPR-30 and to the discussion of our
findings with Mr. J. S. Perry and other members of your staff.
The referenced conference was held to discuss a fitness-for-duty event that
occurred at your Quad Cities Station on April 23-24, 1994.
You will be
notified by separate correspondence of our decision regarding enforcement
action based on the information presented and discussed at the enforcement
conference.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC Public
Document Room.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this matter.
