REPORT FOR THE -1991 REFUELING OUTAGE As set forth in the provisions of ASME Section XI, enclosed is the inservico Inspection Report for North Anna Power Station Unit i for the 1991 refueling outage. This report is a summary of examinations performed during the outage to satisfy the requirements for the second inservice inspection interval. The North Anna Unit 1 second inspection interval, first period, onds on December 24,1992.
