The NRC sta'f has completed its evaluation of the additional information provided by your letter dated October 25, 1990, regarding the above subject.

The staff finds that the condensate storage tank, as designed, is expected to perform satisfactorily when subjected to design loads. TAC 62802 is considered to be closed with this letter.
