Your letter dated April 29,1974, transmitted Attachments A and B thereto and requested withholding of these attachments from public disclosure as proprietary informstion pursuant to Seciton 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2.

Af ter reviewing those attachments, we have determined that they do contain infomation of a type specified in Section 2.790(d). Acccrdingly, the infomation contained in Attachments A and B to your letter dated April 29, 1974, is deemed to be comercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR Part 9. Section 0.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.10 of Part 9.
