Part 73 (Section 73.40), and the position set forth in Regulatory Guide 1.17 - June 1973, and is acceptable.
Your letter dated August 27, 1974, transmitted Attachment A thereto and requested withholding of this attachment from public disclosure as proprietary information pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2.
Af ter reviewing this attachment, we have determined that it does contain inforration of a type specified in Section 2.790(d).
Accordingly, the information in Attachment A to your letter dated 27,1974, is deemed to be coniaercial or financial infomation August within the meaning of 10 CFR Part 9. Section 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in act.ordance with the provisions of Section 9.10 of Part 9.
