This refers to the inspectiou conducted by Mr. Kohler of this
office on November 11- 15, 1975, of activitias at the Monticallo
Nuclear Generating plant authorized by lEC Operating License
No. DPR-22 and to the discussion of our if aAf an= with Mr. Larson
and others of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
A copy of our report of this inspection is eelnsed and identi-
fios the aream --W during the inspection. Within these

procedures end representative records, interviews with plant
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No items of noncomp11==*= with NBC requirements were identi-
fied within the scope of this inspection.
In accordanes with Section 2.790 of the 13C's "Rulas of
Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a
copy of this letter cud the enclosed inspection report will
be placed in the 13C's Public Document Ro:sa. If this report
contains any information that you or your contractore believe
to be proprietary, it is necessary that you mais a written
application to this office, within twenty days of your
recaipt of this letter, to withhold such infortsation fross
public dicciccurs. Any such application cust include a full
statement of the reasons for which it is c1=4==A that the
inforcotion is proprietary, and slauld be prepared so the
proprietary information identified in the application is
contained in a separate part of the document. Unless we
