Exhibit A describes.the proposed changes along with reasons for the change. Exhibit B is a set of Technical Specification pages incorporating the proposed changes. Exhibit C is a safety analysis supporting the changes. We ask.that this request be reviewed and approved. prior to cur Fall refueling outage which is presently scheduled ^ to corznence. on October 1, ~1978.
