and has completed the section on " Administrative Controls", a copy of which I
is enclosed. Af ter reviwing the present section on " Administrative I
Controle" in your Tachnical Specif$ cations, we have determined that it should be revised to be consistent with the forssat and content of the standard secticm. This section incorporates the recommendations of the j
i recently issued Regulatory Guide 1.16. " Reporting of Operating Information i
Appendix A Technical Specifications" Revision 2, of which a copy is also enclosed. This Guide describes the information that is nooded te permit assessment by the commission of safety related activities during the operating life of facilities.

Accordingly, you are requested to submit as soon as practical before-j Deesmber 1,1974, a proposed change to the section en " Administrative i
Controls" in your technical specifications and any other parts of your technical specifications that unst be changed for consistenay, such as the definition of " abnormal occurrence" in the meetion om definitions.
Please provide justification for any departure from the standard section f
on "AJw.1nistrative Controls" or Regn1 story Guide 1.16.
