No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identi-

fled within the scope of this inspection,
Based on discussions with your representatives at the plant,

we understand that you implemented the gascous effluent require-
ments contained in Amendment No.11 to the Technical Specifica-
tions on October 1, 1975 and that although the Austented Off-
- -
Gas System is not yet considered fully operational, you vill
continue to operate in accordance with those Technical Specifi-
cations.
